By commissioning me you agree to, and are bound by these terms.
All art is for personal use only. You may not use it for commercial use, or make profit off of it.**You must be 18+ to commission NSFW art. **You are responsible for keeping in touch about the commission and updates.
Artist Rights
Any and all art, including works in progress can be posted as part of my portfolio, and on social media, unless agreed upon prior.
Commissioner Rights
-- You will receive an update on the commission for each stage of completion (ex. sketch, line, colour, shade), but may request additional updates at any time.-- You may request edits during the sketch, line and sometimes colouring phases. Once the go-ahead is given to start shading, no more edits will be made.
-------(Limited amount of non-character trait edits)-- You may display the commission freely, with credit linking to my socials.-- You may not claim the artwork as your own. You are not the creator.-- You may not tamper with, alter, or edit the commission beyond cropping.-- You may not turn my adopts into a species.-- You may not sell my adopts for a higher price than purchased for originally.
Payment
All payments will be made in USD, through PayPal.Payment must be provided in full, upfront.Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the piece. [Discussed prior to payment.]No refunds will be given on any art that has been started or completed.
